UK Saver Delivery - This delivery option is Free and takes 2-3 working days to arrive. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

UK Next Day Delivery - This delivery option costs £3.99 and will arrive the next working day if you order before 10PM Sunday to Friday, or 9PM on Saturday.

For deliveries outside of the European Union, we offer the following information regarding customs and import duties:

EU Deliveries - All orders to EU addresses will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid by us.

Non-EU Deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your WearAll parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of WearAll’s control and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your charges may be. If you have not received part of your order, please follow these steps:

Check your dispatch email(s): It is possible that your order has been sent in more than one parcel, and you may have received multiple dispatch emails. Check each email to see if it lists the items that have been shipped.

Check your invoice: The invoice inside your parcel bag should detail which items should be in the parcel. Make sure that you have received all the items listed.

Contact us: If you have only received one dispatch email and have not received all your items, or if there are items missing according to your invoice, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help you track down any missing items and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

How does the delivery date selection process work?

WearAll offers a convenient delivery service that allows you to select a preferred delivery date up to 10 days in advance. This service is available Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays. The UK Nominated Day Delivery option costs £8.99 and includes full tracking and delivery notifications via SMS and email. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card and a signature may be required upon receipt. Depending on the carrier, additional delivery features such as specified delivery windows and GPS tracking may be available. While WearAll aims to meet delivery times, busy periods and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please note that any specific delivery instructions provided to the carrier will not be the responsibility of WearAll in case of any lost or stolen parcels.

 

Next day delivery - how does it work?

The Next Day delivery service is available if you place your order before 10 PM on Sunday through Friday, or before 9 PM on Saturday.

 

UK Saver Delivery

If you choose the UK Saver Delivery option, your order will typically arrive within 3 calendar days. However, please be aware that there may be slight delays over bank holiday weekends.

 

DISPUTED DELIVERY

If we suspect fraudulent activity, such as suspicious claims of orders not received or items being returned after use or wear, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account and any associated accounts from placing future orders. If you believe we have made an error in this regard, you can reach out to us to discuss the matter further.

If you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, you have 28 days from the day that the carrier updates the tracking status as fulfilled, indicating delivery to the address provided in the Dispatch Confirmation. Please note that we may require evidence before issuing any refund for the price paid and associated delivery costs.
